Mint Cleaning is a fast-growing, women-owned cleaning company proudly based in downtown Grand Rapids, MI. Since 2016, we’ve built our reputation on quality, consistency, and a strong, team-focused culture—and we’re continuing to grow.
We are currently hiring full-time and part-time Cleaning Technicians for both day and evening shifts.
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys staying active, and values being part of a reliable, supportive company.
Position Options
Day Shift (Residential – Team Based)
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Work in teams cleaning residential homes
• 2–3 homes per day
Evening & Saturday Shifts (Commercial – Solo)
• Evening and weekend availability
• Independent, solo cleaning in commercial spaces
• +$2 shift premium
